Job Summary
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales, outbound calling, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, leveraging ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet, and delivering full PNC conversations to drive loyalty. Educate customers on transaction management tools while applying product knowledge to solve problems and mitigate risk within established limits. Participate in efficient branch daily operations and maintain heightened scrutiny to avoid loss. Based in Wauwatosa, WI at the Elmbrook Branch, this full-time role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in banking.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or equivalent degree
- 3+ years experience
- comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
- Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
- This position is subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA)
