Job Summary
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, teller interactions, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, leveraging ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet, and delivering full PNC conversations to drive loyalty. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology while applying product knowledge to solve problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, ensuring accurate completion of branch daily operations. Based in Homestead, PA, this role requires an associate's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in banking.
Required Qualifications

- Comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) in lieu of a degree
