Job Summary
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales, outbound calling, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and growing customer share of wallet via ecosystem partnerships. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every interaction to identify appropriate solutions, mitigate risks, and solve customer problems effectively. Participate in branch daily operations ensuring efficient completion while adhering to all policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or equivalent degree
- 3+ years experience
- Comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) in lieu of a degree
