Job Summary
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales, outbound calling, and lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions and elevate client loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures while applying product knowledge to solve customer problems effectively. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC products to meet needs. Participate in branch daily operations ensuring efficient and accurate completion. Requires 3+ years experience and appropriate banking certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or equivalent degree
- 3+ years experience
- comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
- Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
- This position is subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA)
- Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act)
