Job Summary
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales, outbound calling, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and growing share of wallet via ecosystem partnerships. Deliver full PNC conversations to identify appropriate solutions, educate customers on transaction management tools, and apply product knowledge to solve problems effectively. Maintain risk adherence to all policies and procedures while ensuring daily branch operations are completed efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or equivalent degree
- 3+ years experience
- Comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) in lieu of a degree
