Job Summary
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales activities, including outbound calling, service-to-sales interactions, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, delivering a full PNC conversation to position appropriate solutions and grow share of wallet. Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence to retain relationships and solve customer problems effectively while managing risk through adherence to policies and procedures. Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion. This role is based at the Westerville branch in Westerville, OH, with a base salary of $41,250 to $68,750. No visa sponsorship is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or equivalent degree
- 3+ years experience
- Comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) in lieu of a degree
