Job Summary
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales activities including outbound calling, service-to-sales interactions, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and leveraging ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to position appropriate solutions, educate customers on transaction management tools, and solve problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures while participating in daily branch operations. Base salary ranges from $41,250 to $68,750; this role is incentive eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or equivalent degree
- 3+ years experience
- comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) in lieu of a degree
