Job Summary
Provide member service and coverage in the branch, open and maintain accounts, identify members’ financial needs and offer relevant solutions (including loans, new accounts, and investment options), promote and sell Wellby products and services to help members achieve their financial goals, drive proactive sales conversations through a defined process, support tellers as needed, process loan applications, ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Wellby policies, and maintain secure handling of negotiables and confidential records; leverage technology solutions such as Online Banking and mobile apps while delivering excellent member service and meeting sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in member service, financial services, or similar retail experience and/or bank teller
- IRA and MOD experience preferred
- Previous cash handling experience
- Previous experience working with the public
