Job Summary
Process routine and complex transactions including account openings, closings, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments while maintaining operational integrity. Assist in retaining and growing client relationships by identifying needs, introducing relevant financial solutions, and building loyalty through consultative discussions. Actively participate in ongoing training, branch operations, reporting, and audits, including cash shipments and ATM management. Ensure compliance with Anti Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism regulations. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of bank products and procedures to execute smooth transitions across functions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain a positive and collaborative attitude in all situations
- This position is a full-time onsite role
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Position requires flexibility and willingness to occasionally travel to other locations/branches, as well as being physically present at an assigned location, generally during normal business hours but include evenings and Saturdays
- The successful candidate will be required to prove on the first day of work that they are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
