Job Summary
Deliver a personal touch to customers by assessing needs, recommending products, and referring partners to grow the branch. Execute customer requests with speed and accuracy while maintaining cash levels and outages within established guidelines. Ensure operational tasks are completed daily and adhere to regulations to ensure the safety and soundness of customers and the bank. Teach customers how to use technology, including mobile banking and P2P, while adapting to new procedures and systems. Work under deadlines with frequent interruptions, maintaining focus despite sometimes distracting conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, hear, write, and communicate professionally both in person and via telephone
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work under deadlines with frequent interruption
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service, sales, and cash handling experience
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to work under deadlines with frequent interruptions
- Above average knowledge of technology and willingness to adapt to new software technologies
