Job Summary
Personal Banker based at the Alpharetta, GA Old Alabama Rd branch. Drive branch sales and service through proactive conversations, lobby engagement, and outbound interactions, identifying opportunities to improve customers’ financial wellbeing, and leveraging ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet. Deliver full PNC conversations to position solutions, educate customers on managing financial transactions with digital tools, and adhere to risk policies. Role emphasizes customer-focused service, relationship building, and proactive selling of banking products while participating in daily branch operations. Must align with in-office culture and branch hours; prior experience in banking/retail and ability to conduct compliance and background checks are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- banking/financial services experience preferred
- 3+ years experience in banking/retail environment (as indicated in description)
