Job Summary
Participate in delivering exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate banking products, services, and digital solutions; assist with basic requests related to opening new accounts, service requests, and submitting credit applications; receive direction from managers, exercise judgement within policies; develop understanding of bank products to connect to customer needs; interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships; provide options for bank products and refer customers to other bankers as needed; SAFE position may involve mortgage licensing obligations and LO requirements; work schedule may include Saturdays; maintain cash handling; adhere to risk and regulatory requirements; engage internal partners to support customer financial needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education
