Job Summary
Process financial transactions accurately using a cash recycler while greeting customers by name and researching their needs to strengthen relationships. Assist clients in person and on the phone, ensuring the privacy of their information and educating them on protection methods. Serve as a trusted resource for all customers while maintaining a problem-solving attitude during interactions. Schedule runs Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a Saturday morning rotation from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Pioneer Bank offers comprehensive benefits including employer-paid health and dental insurance, a 401k match, and flexible spending plans.
