Personal Banker -New Philadelphia Banking Center

Open new accounts, process loan activity, and execute service and sales initiatives to grow customer portfolios. Serve customers professionally by building rapport through quality questions, explaining banking product features, and guiding them in setting up electronic services. Establish new deposit accounts, maintain cash drawers, and balance them at the end of every banking day. Track account activity, review deposit ticklers, and correct outstanding items while adhering to established procedures. Engage with business partners, community organizations, and civic groups to promote goodwill and generate new business. Operate the teller line, scan proof work, and assist the Banking Center Manager in achieving growth strategies and planning staff meetings.
