Job Summary
In-branch role to build relationships with customers by supporting everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, scheduled conversations, and proactive outreach. You will learn customer goals, connect them to banking products and digital tools, support account openings, service requests, and credit applications, and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities include cash handling and teller activities, accurate transaction processing within risk and compliance controls, delivering accurate service, and guiding customers to licensed bankers or specialists when needed. The role emphasizes discovering customer needs, promoting banking solutions, and leveraging digital tools to enhance the banking experience.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- SAFE registration is required at the time of employment
