Job Summary
Craft personalized financial strategies for members to reach their goals while assisting with account openings, product explanations, and concern resolution. Source new lending opportunities to meet and exceed personal and referral goals, frequently performing outbound calls to create product awareness. Operate a teller window for transactions and periodically assist the call center with inquiries. Participate in community events to grow membership and educate members on services. Adhere to regulatory compliance and present a professional appearance as the branch's face. Requires a valid driver's license, NMLS license, and experience in cash handling and sales.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year cash handling experience
- 2 years of sales and customer service experience
- Active listening and superb customer service skills
- Positive energy and enthusiastic disposition
- NMLS license required at time of hire or achieved within 20 days of employment
- Successful problem solver to resolve member's inquiries
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to use a PC and phone
- Hearing and sight are required to perform this job
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time in front of a computer
- Must have a valid driver's license
