Job Summary
Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) builds lasting customer relationships through proactive, meaningful conversations that support financial well-being and deepen engagement. In-branch responsibilities include facilitating account openings, handling service requests and credit applications, and collaborating with branch teammates to connect customers with the right banking products, services, and digital tools. The role requires delivering accurate, compliant service within risk controls, performing cash handling/teller activities, and promoting solutions with licensed bankers or specialists as needed. Strong emphasis on active listening, relationship-building, and guiding customers through digital capabilities to enhance their banking experience. The position supports sustainable branch growth through discovery-driven conversations and referrals, in a role that blends service with growth and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
