Personal Banker (Member Service Representative III)

Provide world-class member service at branch and service center locations by delivering face-to-face account assistance and promoting credit union products. Process transactions for savings, consumer loans, real estate loans, and auxiliary services while completing documentation and maintaining cash and negotiable items. Perform advanced research to identify and correct member account problems, manage file maintenance for requests like address changes and ATM cards, and act as a branch liaison to support departments. Comply with regulatory compliance and training requirements including BSA regulations. Begin concentration on a specialty area of expertise within the branch.
