Job Summary
Provide world-class, face-to-face member service at branch/service center locations, including processing transactions in savings/loans, opening memberships and accounts, and cross-selling credit union products. Deliver consultative services by assessing member needs, handling research and account issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance (BSA) across daily operations such as change-of-address requests, check orders, ATM card orders, and vault/night drop duties. Maintain knowledge of savings and consumer loan products, uphold cash handling and operational procedures, and contribute to branch readiness through collaboration with teammates and ongoing process improvements. The role emphasizes in-person service with potential hybrid scheduling (on-site and remote as per team coordination) and requires a High School Diploma or GED plus 1-3 years of related experience.
