Personal Banker (Member Service Representative II)

Provide World Class member service at branch/service centers, promoting credit union products and assisting Members with savings, loan, and auxiliary services. Process transactions, handle file maintenance (address changes, check orders, ATM cards), and support vault/night drop duties. Assist with branch prep and team collaboration. Maintain knowledge of savings and consumer loan products, and offer consultative guidance to Members regarding credit union services while ensuring regulatory compliance (including BSA). Deliver face-to-face service, resolve account issues, complete new memberships, and support general department operations. Emphasizes in-person and hybrid work arrangements and adherence to equality and inclusion principles.
