Job Summary
Personal Banker with WSFS Bank in Media, PA, engaging with customers to open accounts and submit loan applications, educate customers on financial needs and digital banking, and promote Bank products through in-person interactions and outbound calling. Role involves processing teller transactions, maintaining accounts, and providing friendly service during a 4-6 month training period covering transaction processing, account opening, referral techniques, and relationship-building. Requires strong cash handling, customer service, and sales abilities, plus ability to work with multiple banking software. Full-time with a rotating schedule including 2-3 Saturdays per month; competitive salary and benefits; must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience
- Previous cash handling experience is required
- Prior sales experience is required
- Must have proven ability to market Bank products and services
- Ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs
- Must have proven, excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- One year of previous banking experience preferred
