Job Summary
Oversees a designated portfolio of Commercial Banking clients. Opens all accounts for clients. Answers client inquiries regarding accounts, products and services. Delivers high-level customer service primarily by telephone and maintains product knowledge to resolve issues. Ensures compliance with bank policies and regulations and represents the bank in civic activities to support business opportunities. Performs other duties as assigned. The role emphasizes building and maintaining strong customer relationships and providing first-call resolution in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED required
- Minimum one to three years’ experience as a Personal Banker or equivalent experience in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- New Account opening experience
- Proficient understanding of Bank policies and procedures, regulations and compliance requirements
