Personal Banker Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage the Personal Banking department, including staff scheduling, time-off planning, and performance evaluations. Oversee IRA and HSA accounts, train and coach staff on policies and customer service duties, ensure CIP compliance, open new customer accounts, assist clients with banking needs, and maintain department procedures. Produce monthly reports for the board, collaborate with IT on software for account openings, assist the marketing team with brochures and promotions, and back up safe-deposit box operations. Schedule typically 40 hours/week (Salary position) at Grand Island, NE.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years banking experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of IRA and HSA accounts
- CIP compliance knowledge
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Management experience
