Job Summary
Personal Banker at KeyBank in Salem, OR, engaging clients in conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance to support financial wellness, opening personal and business accounts, and developing client relationships. The role focuses on attracting new clients and deepening relationships with existing clients, collaborating with branch teammates, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting branch operations. The position involves achieving individual sales activity and outcome goals, participating in in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, and working Saturdays as directed by management. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience (required)
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 1+ years experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources
- Understanding of consumer credit - including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports
- Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking
- Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key
