Job Summary
Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance on financial wellness through in-person meetings and proactive calling. Open personal and business accounts, develop partnerships with branch teammates, and consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals. Ensure compliance with operational procedures while supporting branch operations, including assisting with client transactions on the teller line. Work Saturdays as directed and participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs. This role requires a client-first, sales-driven mindset to attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources
- Experience with sales
- Understanding of consumer credit - including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports
- Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking
- Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence
- Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Experience with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions with the goal of being helpful
- Notary License (preferred)
