Job Summary
Conduct in-person and phone client conversations to uncover financial needs and provide customized wellness recommendations. Open personal and business accounts including checking, deposits, and lending products while managing branch operations and assisting the teller line. Develop partnerships with branch teammates and external partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones. Listen for financial wellness opportunities during interactions and ensure compliance with operational, risk, and security procedures. Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, work Saturdays as directed, and operate a motor vehicle with a valid license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources
- Experience with sales
- Understanding of consumer credit - including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports
- Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking
- Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence
- Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle

- Comfortable interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions with the goal of being helpful
