Job Summary
Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance and solutions for financial wellness through in-person visits and proactive calling. Open personal and business accounts, develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to attract new clients, and deepen relationships with existing clients based on their unique financial goals. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, and security procedures while supporting branch operations by assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed. Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, work Saturdays as directed, and operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years Experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources
- Experience with sales
- Understanding of consumer credit - including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports
- Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking
- Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence
- Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle

- Comfortable interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions with the goal of being helpful
