Job Summary
Open personal and business accounts, including checking, deposits, and lending products, while listening for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations. Provide customized recommendations to assist clients in achieving their financial goals, building long-term relationships through proactive calling and deepening partnerships with existing customers. Manage internal and external centers of influence to drive client acquisition and sales, ensuring compliance with operational, risk, and audit procedures. Support branch operations by assisting with client transactions on the teller line and facilitate morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs. Work Saturdays as directed, maintaining a schedule that includes prolonged standing and frequent client interaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources
- Experience with sales
- Understanding of consumer credit - including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports
- Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking
- Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence
- Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle
