Job Summary
Conduct in-person and proactive phone client conversations to uncover financial needs and provide customized wellness recommendations. Open personal and business accounts, manage client relationships, and drive sales goals through prospecting and networking. Collaborate with branch teammates and line of business partners to attract new clients and deepen existing accounts while ensuring compliance with operational and risk procedures. Assist with client transactions on the teller line and participate in daily huddles and debriefs. Work Saturdays as directed and operate a motor vehicle for branch duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources
- Experience with sales
- Understanding of consumer credit - including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports
- Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking
- Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence
- Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Experience with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions with the goal of being helpful
- Notary License
