Job Summary
Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and over-the-phone client conversations to provide customized recommendations. Open personal and business accounts including checking, lending, and certificates of deposit while developing partnerships with branch teammates to deepen relationships with existing clients. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and support branch operations by assisting with client transactions on the teller line. Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, work Saturdays as directed, and operate a motor vehicle with a valid license. Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while acting as a trusted advisor to help clients move forward in their financial journey.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years Experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources
- Experience with sales
- Understanding of consumer credit - including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports
- Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking
- Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence
- Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Experience with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions with the goal of being helpful
- Notary License
