Job Summary
Conduct in-person and proactive phone conversations to uncover client needs and provide customized financial wellness recommendations. Open personal and business accounts, manage client transactions on the teller line, and develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to drive client acquisition. Listen for financial wellness opportunities during interactions, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and documenting all client engagements. Build and nurture long-term relationships by identifying potential clients, resolving issues promptly, and leveraging system-generated leads and professional contacts to attain sales goals. Work Saturdays as directed and occasionally facilitate morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs. Requires a valid driver's license and ability to stand for 5-8 hours daily.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources
- Experience with sales
- Understanding of consumer credit - including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports
- Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking
- Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence
- Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle
