Job Summary
Deliver exceptional member experiences to current and prospective members by building relationships through acquisition, retention, and cross-selling strategies. Identify referral opportunities for consumer lending, commercial lending, mortgage lending, and wealth management while performing daily tasks including account maintenance, lending processes, and cash handling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals, oversee daily branch operations with the Assistant Branch Manager, and proactively engage members through research and outreach. Balance member service, sales objectives, and compliance with Credit Union policies and state/federal regulations while achieving monthly loan goals ethically.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certification
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Experience in a banking environment
- Supervisory experience
- Notary license
- NMLS-ID (Mortgage Loan Originator)
- Ability to communicate effectively through speaking and hearing
- Visual acuity for reporting and presenting information
- Ability to lift over 45 lbs.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
- Ability to occasionally travel up to 50 miles for business needs
- Ability to work unusual hours including Credit Union Days and call nights

- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations including Truth in Lending, HMDA, ECOA, and others
