Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Proven sales ability
- Superior customer service, both in person and over the phone
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Windows-based systems
- Ability to understand and explain banking products and services (savings, IRAs, CDs, money market, etc.)
- Ability to complete annual compliance training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Must complete certification requirements within 90 days and become Personal Banker II
- Ability to work a schedule including occasional Saturdays and travel to multiple locations as needed
