Job Summary
Personal Banker II is the first point of contact for customers, managing an assigned portfolio with focus on acquisition, expansion and retention; educates customers on Frost deposit and loan products; provides transactional services (deposits, payments, check cashing); works toward meeting assigned sales goals by discussing personal financial needs and presenting product/service solutions; educates and advises customers about products and services; conducts outbound calls for service, sales and onboarding; stays current on product/tech/industry trends; manages risk and loss prevention; delivers prompt, efficient, and courteous service with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
