Job Summary
Manage deposit account openings, online banking setups, and cash management training while processing checks, withdrawals, and wire requests. Verify cash and endorsements, issue cashier checks, and handle counterfeit currency identification. Process loan payments, redeem U.S. Savings bonds, and maintain accurate currency transaction reports. Balance cash drawers, manage safe deposit boxes, and resolve customer inquiries regarding transfers, stop payments, and account balances. Research electronic funds transfer disputes and act as the liaison between departments. Ensure compliance with fraud prevention procedures and regulatory requirements. Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, maintaining high accuracy and strong customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
