Job Summary
Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers through proactive outreach in person, by phone, or via other channels. Use a consultative approach to uncover needs and tailor recommendations across the customer lifecycle, while analyzing credit data to ensure solutions align with financial requirements. Provide customer support reinforcing the value of current and new technology, and collaborate with internal partners to resolve problems and meet customer needs. Adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and risk management policies while representing Fifth Third Bank professionally. This role requires S.A.F.E. Act registration and one year of customer service experience. Located in Encinitas, California, this position offers a total base pay range of $44,300 to $73,000 USD.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year customer service experience
- college degree
- equivalent military experience
- experience in a sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with both new household acquisitions and deepening customer relationships
- Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication
- Capable of analyzing credit and financial information
- Exhibits business acumen
- Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
