Job Summary
Personal Banker II responsible for maintaining and building customer relationships by providing an exceptional customer experience, opening new accounts, completing loan applications, responding to customer inquiries, and driving sales production through cross-selling of banking products; develops knowledge of consumer lending and new accounts, guides customers on technology usage (mobile/online banking), and supports daily operations and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of teller experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to work under deadlines with frequent interruptions
- Above average knowledge of technology and willingness to adapt to new software technologies
- Ability to work under deadlines with frequent interruption
- Work involves eye strain due to the constant use of computer screens
- Work involves being able to concentrate under sometimes distracting work conditions
- Work involves lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs
- Work involves ability to read, hear, write, and communicate professionally both in person and via telephone
- Work involves some travel to attend meetings, training, and so forth
