Personal Banker II

Job Summary
Personal Banker II responsible for creating and managing a positive customer experience by determining appropriate accounts and services to meet individual financial needs; drive sales through service and proactive relationship-building; assist customers with routine and complex transactions (opening accounts, deposits, withdrawals, loan applications) and cross-sell Citadel Credit Union products (credit cards, investments, insurance, IRAs) while meeting sales goals. Provide consultative guidance across channels (in-person, outbound calling, inbound calls, community events); collaborate with partners across departments to maximize sales opportunities; ensure operational safety and compliance with state/federal laws; stay informed on industry trends and threats to customers, and uphold Citadel’s Class Service Principles of Accuracy, Convenience, Respect, and Value; participate in background checks and BSA training as required; ability to work Saturdays; maintain confidentiality of member information and professional demeanor.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales and face-to-face customer service experience
- Cash handling experience
- NMLS (preferred)
- Notary (preferred)
- PC literacy
- Ability to navigate multiple software applications
- Ability to achieve sales goals through outstanding service
- Strong attention to detail
- Teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
