Personal Banker II - Bilingual

Job Summary
Provide advanced personal banking advisory across deposits, lending including Home Equity, lead complex consumer lending, open and service consumer accounts, and drive branch growth through proactive relationship management. Deliver highly personalized, consultative service across in-person, phone, and digital channels; prepare loan applications, guide customers through approval and closing; collaborate with internal specialists (mortgage, commercial banking, wealth) to ensure a comprehensive financial experience. Maintain regulatory compliance, support branch operations, and meet sales, service, and referral goals while engaging with the community and coaching newer employees.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or finance preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years of banking experience, including personal banking or advanced teller responsibilities
- Prior experience in consumer lending or foundational credit analysis strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales, service, and referral goals
- Strong customer engagement and consultative sales skills, with the ability to lead deeper financial discussions
- Advanced understanding of consumer lending, especially Home Equity lending, credit analysis, and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of deposit products, digital banking systems, payment solutions, and branch operational processes
- Analytical skills to review credit reports, financial statements, and loan-related documents
- Proficiency with banking systems/CRMs, loan origination tools, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organization, prioritization, and independent problem-solving capabilities
