Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer experience by building and maintaining relationships within an assigned book of business through proactive outreach in person or via phone/other channels, using a consultative sales approach to identify needs and tailor banking solutions; analyze credit and financial information to ensure appropriate solutions align with customer needs; collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues; adhere to policies and ethics standards and demonstrate risk awareness; position requires NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act compliance and ongoing professional representation of Fifth Third Bank.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and 1 year customer service experience, or college degree or equivalent military experience
- Experience in a sales environment required; experience in financial industry a plus
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
