Job Summary
Personal Banker I role focused on converting transactions and routine service requests into cross-sell conversations by asking personalized questions, calling leads, visiting businesses for workplace banking, and developing referral networks. You will work toward daily KPIs while learning processes for transactions, cash handling, and bank documentation, applying product knowledge to meet customers' financial needs and deliver the best possible banking experience. Requires HS Diploma or equivalent, one year of retail/customer-facing experience, and ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days. Target pay is $20-21 per hour, with benefits and a comprehensive compensation range dependent on location and experience.
Required Qualifications

- Reliable transportation and ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
