Job Summary
As a Personal Banker I, you will build relationships with customers and identify needs to offer financial solutions, engage in cross-sell conversations, call leads, visit businesses to offer workplace banking, develop referral networks, and meet daily performance metrics. You’ll use product knowledge to discuss features and benefits, handle basic transactions, cash drawer, and bank documentation, and participate in training to grow your career within Consumer banking while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- one year of experience in a retail environment engaging with customers and making product recommendations that lead to sales or relevant experience
- ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days
- reliable transportation
- ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
