Job Summary
Retail Personal Banker I program leading to a Personal Banker I role, with an onboarding rotation through operations and Sales & Service, plus a certification upon program completion. Responsibilities include using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify and meet customer needs, cross-selling to an expanding customer base, supporting lobby leadership and aisle-time activities, outbound outreach for financial reviews, collaborating with Mortgage/Small Business/Commercial partners, handling teller transactions, and maintaining customer confidentiality while adhering to risk and ethics policies. Travel for training is required; the position emphasizes building relationships, delivering knowledgeable guidance on Retail products, and representing the bank professionally. The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience and S.A.F.E. Act/NMLS registration.
