Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer experience by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with customers; process teller transactions; use a consultative sales approach to identify needs and tailor financial solutions; collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer needs are met; maintain knowledge of bank products and processes; manage risk by following policies and procedures; represent the bank professionally and adhere to ethical standards while supporting the customer lifecycle with technological solutions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and 6 months customer service experience, or college degree or equivalent military experience
- SAFE Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
