Job Summary
Personal Banker I or II at OneAZ Credit Union located at the Creek Branch in Gilbert, AZ. You’ll open accounts, facilitate loans, onboard new members, build relationships in the community, and support members’ banking needs across branches, internet, mobile, and ATM channels. You’ll engage with members to understand financial goals, provide trusted advice on products and solutions, conduct teller transactions as needed, and contribute to branch growth through relationship-building and proactive outreach. Strong communication, client-focused sales ability, and cash-handling experience are key to helping members achieve financial well-being.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One to three years' related experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role
- One year of cash handling preferred, ideally at a financial institution
- Strong relationship-building and client-focused sales skills
- Excellent verbal, phone, email, internet, and writing skills
