Job Summary
Personal Banker I at OneAZ Credit Union, located at the Sedona Branch. Build relationships with members, open accounts, facilitate loans, and promote OneAZ products and solutions. Onboard new members, conduct teller transactions, and provide customer service across branch, internet, mobile app, and ATM channels. Develop knowledge of products, branch operations, and marketing campaigns; engage with the community and network to expand the member base. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One to three years' related experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role
- One year of cash handling preferred
- Strong relationship-building and client-focused sales skills
- Excellent verbal, phone, email, internet, and writing skills
- Background check including credit and criminal history may be conducted
