Job Summary
Provide personalized financial guidance across in-person, phone, and digital channels; open and service consumer and small business deposit and loan accounts; process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, checks, and related transactions; assist with debit/ATM issuance, safe-deposit access, check orders, and digital banking troubleshooting; identify opportunities to expand relationships through product referrals and proactive outreach; educate customers on loan options and assist with loan applications; maintain compliance in lending interactions; resolve account discrepancies; support teller and vault operations; participate in team huddles and community outreach; uphold policies on equal employment opportunities and non-discrimination.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years customer service/cash handling; banking preferred
- Customer service and communication skills
- Needs-based sales and referral capability
- Knowledge of deposits, digital banking, and consumer lending
- Proficiency with systems and Microsoft Office
