Job Summary
Personal Banker I will build customer relationships through in-person interactions and outbound calls, open new accounts, submit loan applications, assist with teller transactions, promote the Bank’s digital banking services, and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves resolving customer service issues, performing account maintenance, and contributing to branch growth by referral techniques and relationship-building during a 4-6 month training period. Requires service-minded engagement, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible rotating schedule with occasional Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience
- Previous cash handling experience
- Prior sales experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to learn multiple banking and software programs
- Attention to detail
- Ability to market Bank products and services
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
