Job Summary
As a Personal Banker I, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, integrity-driven service and guidance. You’ll provide coverage in both personal banking and teller services, educate customers on deposits and loans, handle deposits/payments/check cashing, maintain cash on hand, participate in risk management and loss prevention, and develop client relationships. You’ll attend teller and personal banking training to stay current with policies, laws, and Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and you’ll help customers along their financial journey with trusted advice and exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Availability Monday–Friday, 7:45am–6:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:45am–1:15pm
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
