Job Summary
Provide coverage in personal banking and teller services while meeting consumer performance standards. Educate and advise customers on deposits, loans, and account maintenance issues. Deliver teller services including deposits, payments, and check cashing in compliance with established policies. Maintain proper cash on hand, prepare daily settlements, and actively practice loss prevention. Manage risk while using good judgment in every situation. Attend training to stay current on policies, laws, regulations, and Bank Secuity Act requirements. Build relationships with clients as their primary point of contact to guide them through their financial journey. Work Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:15pm with rotating Saturdays from 8:30am to 1:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Monday–Friday, 7:30am–6:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:30am–1:30pm
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
